Hi I developed project management like Task asking and scheduling web app ChainOfAsker. I hope this app create more awareness for project management issue.

Not every company supports, online web applications or intranet applications for project management, been that for budget restrictions or not having the infrastructure to maintin them. So Project Managers have to deal with spreadsheets, tons of files and emails records, doable, but really hard; and then if management ask for the projects that were included on the plan at the end of last year and which projects were added during the year and status of both, then it get more "tricky" to get quick and accurate information. This been said, I create a small Excel worksheet with a simple macro that allows you to visualize you projects into 3 categories.. Not Started (but in radar), On progress, Completed, just clicking a button will parse the master list and organize them automatically. then whenever you are asked as a high level status of all the projects, you'll have the answer at your fingertips. Is as simple as entering the project names and some high level information about them and keep going. Is important to tell that detail project management is needed, but this is a summary tool to visualize everything for Project Managers with no access to fancy tools.
