Apart from bad project management practices, the orgnisational culture, in house policies, interdepartmental rivalries, nepotisim, favouritisim, politics, self intrests, regionalism, racisim plays a pasive role for project faliures. These undercurrents are not visible on the surface but leads to demotivation, flawed communication, back stabbing, fault finding, blame gaming, frustration, productivity loss and project faliures.

There is stronger need to maintain the favourable orgnisational climate and to keep the unhygenic factors at bay. - RAKESH KHURANA
