good article and yes, I've encountered them all.  Here's one I'd add: The Reluctant Bride.  At some point in the delivery of your solution you find that the people you are delivering to have not bought completely in to the solution you are working diligently at providing.  There's always one or two naysayers with a change initiative but a PM needs to recognize when there is a signicicant number of people that really don't think this project is a good idea.  At this point you need to go back to your project stakeholders and give them your perception.  You may have to adjust your communication and or training plan at this point to ensure project success.
