Having managed a number of projects for a number of different clients using a variety of their favorite tools, I rarely find a system that's got all the bang for the buck that project managers need while still being easy enough for the rank and file team members to use. What's particularly great about Project Insight is that it's integrated into both MS Project and Outlook, so that team members don't have to log in just to get tasks and updates. Project Insight literally meets them where they live and work. The resource allocation features and customizability are particularly outstanding.
