With considerable expertise in the people side of change, Jane focuses on developing tailored and innovative approaches to building change management capability in our clients. This includes skills and capability assessments coupled with the design of development frameworks and career paths. Her combination of skills has enabled Jane to work across all levels from executive teams to ‘new to the profession’ individuals.
Jane has been with CITI for 15 years and is Chief Operations Officer, accountable for the execution, quality and delivery of CITI’s client engagements. This includes ensuring CITI’s members can maintain their positions as leaders in their areas of expertise, while meeting the needs of our clients.
Jane’s background is in financial services, where she initially worked in a legal and technical mandatory environment, working her way to senior line and programme management roles.
Outside of work, Jane’s primary interests are her family – which includes the dog! – and ‘managing’ a house and garden project.
